Do I need an account?

No. Checkout is guest-only. Your order code is your receipt and opens your private order page.

Which coins do you accept?

Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, Solana, Tron, USDT and USDC on several networks, Litecoin, Dogecoin and more than a dozen others. The list at checkout is always current.

How do refunds work with crypto?

Refunds go back in the coin you paid with, calculated at your order's USD value, to an address you give us.

Is my email required?

No. It's optional and only used for order updates. Digital orders need no personal details at all.

Are the Claude and ChatGPT products real?

Yes: official gift subscriptions and official gift cards, redeemed on your own account. We never sell shared accounts and never ask for your password.

Do you ship RTX 5090s everywhere?

High-end GPUs are covered by US export controls. We confirm your destination is eligible before shipping, and refund in full if it isn't.

How long does Monero confirmation take?

Monero payments are checked by hand, usually within a few hours. Other coins confirm automatically.
