Our builds

CG Series, Sentinel, ready-to-ship PCs and CG AI workstations carry a three-year parts warranty and lifetime technical support. If a part fails, we repair or replace it. Refurbished components in our builds (such as the RTX 3090s in the CG AI Duo 48) are covered for one year.

Retail products

Graphics cards, monitors, gear, handhelds, wallets and other retail products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. We help you file the claim.

What isn't covered

Physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications and normal wear.

Making a claim

Message us with your order code and a short description. Your warranty is tied to the order code, not to your name.
