Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and paid in cryptocurrency. When you place an order, the crypto amount is calculated at the current rate and shown on your payment page. Send the exact amount within 48 hours; unpaid orders expire.

Order acceptance

Your order is confirmed when payment confirms on-chain. If a product becomes unavailable, or we can't legally ship it to you, we refund you in full.

Allocation and pre-order products

Allocation products (for example RTX 5090) and pre-orders ship within the window shown on the product page. If we can't meet it, you can wait or take a full refund.

Digital products

AI gift subscriptions and gift cards are official products from their providers, delivered to your order page and redeemed on your own account under the provider's terms. We never sell shared accounts or ask for your login.

Export compliance and lawful use

You agree not to export, re-export or use products in breach of applicable export controls and sanctions. We may cancel and refund orders we can't lawfully fulfil.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
