Costs

• Standard, insured: free on orders of $999 or more; $29 below that.
• Express, insured: $59.
• Digital items (AI subscriptions and gift cards) have no shipping cost.

When it ships

Each product page shows its timing. In-stock builds ship in 1–2 business days; built-to-order PCs in about 5–15 business days as stated on the page; special-order retail items in 3–7 business days; allocation products (such as RTX 5090) in 2–4 weeks.

Packaging

Every parcel is insured and sent in an unbranded box. PCs are foam-packed with their GPUs supported; you can choose a wooden crate for expensive builds.

Destinations, customs and export rules

We ship internationally where carriers and law allow. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Some GPUs (RTX 5090, RTX PRO and DGX Spark products) are covered by US export controls: we confirm your destination is eligible before shipping and refund in full if it isn't.
