What we don't collect

No accounts or passwords.
No cookies, analytics scripts, ad pixels, third-party fonts or third-party scripts. The site loads only our own files.
No card or bank data.
No address or name for digital-only orders.

What we do collect

Order data: items, totals, the coin and network you chose, and the payment address and amount, so we can confirm your payment and honor warranties and refunds.
Shipping details for physical orders: the name, address and optional phone the courier needs.
Email or contact, only if you choose to give one.
Messages you send through the contact form.

Your browser

Your cart and a list of your recent order codes are stored in your own browser's local storage. They never reach our servers until you place an order.

Infrastructure

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security, and rotates them regularly. Traffic passes through Cloudflare's network, which processes IP addresses to deliver the site. Blockchain payments are public by nature; Monero hides amounts and addresses.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the warranty and legal obligations require. Ask us to delete your shipping details at any time after delivery by sending a message with your order code.
