Hardware

• 30-day returns on our PC builds and on unopened retail products. Message us with your order code first so we can send return instructions.
• Opened retail items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty; dead-on-arrival items are replaced or refunded.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Digital items

AI gift subscriptions and gift cards can't be returned once delivered. If we can't deliver within 72 hours of your payment confirming, you get a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Crypto payments can't be charged back, so this policy is our promise. Refunds go back in the same coin you paid with, calculated at your order's USD value, to an address you give us, normally within 5 business days of receiving the return.
