Overview
The TeamGroup T-Force Delta RGB is a 64GB DDR5 kit of 2 x 32GB modules, rated for 5,200 MT/s at CL40 timings and 1.25V through its AMD EXPO and Intel XMP 3.0 profiles. The T-Force Delta RGB has a black aluminium heat spreader topped by a wide 120-degree RGB light bar; TeamGroup lists it at 46.1 x 144.2 x 7 mm and validates it on Intel 700/800 and AMD 600/800 series boards.
It carries both AMD EXPO and Intel XMP 3.0 profiles, so it suits Ryzen 7000 and 9000 (AM5) and Intel Core Ultra 200S (LGA1851) boards alike. Enable the profile in the BIOS to run it at its rated speed.
64GB is the comfortable amount for 2026: gaming with streaming or a browser full of tabs, 4K video editing and large creative projects. For local AI on the CPU, 64GB holds 7B to 32B models at 4-bit to 8-bit, and a 70B model at 4-bit (about 40GB) with a modest context.

Questions and answers

Will this kit work with my motherboard?
It fits DDR5 desktop boards and has profiles for both platforms: EXPO for AMD AM5 and XMP 3.0 for Intel LGA1851 and LGA1700. It does not fit DDR4 boards.
How do I get the rated 5,200 MT/s?
Enable the EXPO or XMP profile in the BIOS. Rated speeds depend on the CPU's memory controller and the board, so a small number of systems need a BIOS update or a slightly lower speed.
Does it have RGB lighting?
Yes. The light bar can be controlled from the RGB software of major motherboard makers (ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte, ASRock) or from the memory maker's own software.
Is 64GB enough for local AI?
For local AI on the CPU, 64GB holds 7B to 32B models at 4-bit to 8-bit, and a 70B model at 4-bit (about 40GB) with a modest context.
Can I add another kit later?
Memory makers sell kits as matched sets and advise against mixing kits, even identical ones, because the modules are tested together. Buy the total capacity you want as one kit.
